Declaration of Religious Belief

This document is intended as a formal Declaration of Religious Belief. I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that Lophophora williamsii, the holy sacrament Peyote, is an essential and inseparable part of my religious practice. Due to ecological and social factors adversely affecting this plant's native habitat, I also acknowledge that cultivation of such is a bonafide religious practice and responsibility.

I do therefore declare that my consumption and cultivation of the holy sacrament Peyote to be a strictly religious practice afforded First Amendment protection under the Constitution of the United States of America.

At this time the only states having Constitutional Peyote laws are Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, and Nevada.
